Terms and Conditions

Gigzywork is operated by GigzyWork Private Limited (“Gigzywork”, “we”, “us”), registered office at Office No. 207, 93 Avenue Mall, Fatima Nagar, Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra 411013, through the website gigzywork.com and gigzywork.in (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“you”, whether a worker exploring opportunities or a business posting work) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What Gigzywork does

Gigzywork is a platform that connects people seeking flexible, task-based work (“Workers”) with businesses that have field, operational, or project-based work to offer (“Businesses”). Gigzywork publishes task and opportunity information submitted by or on behalf of Businesses, and provides Workers and Businesses with a way to express interest and get in touch with each other through the Platform. Gigzywork is not a party to, and does not guarantee the outcome of, any engagement, assignment, or agreement that results from a connection made through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you.

3. Using the Platform

1. Any information you submit through the Platform — including your name, contact details, and any message you send through a contact or application form — must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.
2. Tasks and opportunities published on the Platform are provided by or on behalf of Businesses. Gigzywork does its best to ensure listings are genuine but does not independently verify every detail of every listing, and is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of any specific task.
3. When you express interest in a task, or submit an enquiry as a Business, you authorise Gigzywork to share the information you provided with the relevant counterparty (Business or Worker, as applicable) for the purpose of that engagement.
4. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or defraud another user, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.

4. No employment relationship

Gigzywork is a platform that facilitates introductions. Nothing in these Terms, and nothing about your use of the Platform, creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between Gigzywork and any Worker or Business. Any engagement that results from a connection made through the Platform is a matter between the Worker and the Business directly, on whatever terms they agree between themselves.

5. Payment terms

Where a task listing on the Platform states a payment amount, that amount and the terms on which it is paid (timing, method, and any conditions) are as agreed between the Worker and the Business for that specific task, and will be communicated at the time the task is offered or discussed. Gigzywork does not process or guarantee payments between Workers and Businesses unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific feature of the Platform.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Gigzywork or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent, other than for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as intended.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Gigzywork disclaims liability for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any task, engagement, or interaction arising from use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gigzywork's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Gigzywork in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Gigzywork, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, any content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Gigzywork may restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at its discretion, including where we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
